Security Deposit
This is a security deposit that we require from all students. The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of your lease, provided that certain conditions are met. We implement this deposit to ensure that you leave your room in a clean and operational condition, just as you found it at the beginning of your tenancy.
The purpose of the security deposit is to encourage responsible living and to help maintain the quality of our accommodations for all residents. Upon your departure, we will conduct a thorough inspection of your room. If it meets our cleanliness and maintenance standards, your deposit will be returned in full. However, if there are any damages or excessive cleaning required, deductions may be made from the deposit to cover those costs.
